National archery ministry using friendship evangelism to bring people to Christ. Wherever we go some join us and the Lord's bowhunting ministry grows in strength.

Archers are passionate about their sport. There was a semi-pro archer who was so passionate to do well at a 3-D tournament he asked one of the senior-pro archers for a ride early on a Sunday morning to the tournament site so he could get some extra practice before the actual tournament started. The senior-pro archer agreed to take him only if he would attend the 6:30 a.m. church service at the tournament first. The semi-pro archer agreed.

Christian Bowhunters of America makes available church services at all the major national 3-D tournaments and other archery events at these weekend events. As this semi-pro archer attended this service God spoke to him and he committed his life to Christ.

He now has a greater passion. As his life has changed he is now a pastor of a small rural church. He reaches out to the youth in the community, leads mission trips, speaks at game dinners, and uses archery and hunting as a touch point to share his faith. Lives are being changed in a positive way because this young man attended a Christian Bowhunters of America church service at an archery tournament. He has a passion not just for archery but now for sharing his faith in Christ and the positive life changing experience it brings.
